Location

Very good location in Dhaka Uttara on the 5th floor (without elevator)
About 15 minutes to the airport – but still not noisy
About 30 minutes in the business districts Gulshan/Banani

Safety

Access to the building is being monitored (security and porter)
From 10 PM to 6 AM is the small road in front of the house closed
From 11 PM to 6 AM the access is blocked to the house (individual regulations are possible)
