Guestrooms in Dhaka Uttara

For those travelers who prefer a more personal accommodation in a kind of housing community without having to forego the technical achievements of the last decades or the small private amenities. For those who appreciate a German, English-speaking contact here in Dhaka, we recommend our two guest rooms in the apartment of our CCO. For further questions or specific booking wishes please use our inquiry form.

Amenities of the guestrooms

  • Separate, bright room (about 12 m²) with ceiling fan and large window front
  • King-size bed with European mattress and mosquito net
  • Private bathroom/toilet with boiler, towels and hairdryer
  • Private balcony with “lake view” and seating furniture
  • Internet access (WiFi) available
  • Big wardrobe

Community use

  • Kitchen with gas cooker, electric kettle, microwave, fridge and washing machine
  • Living area with satellite TV, media hard disk, print media and table football
  • Workspace with computer, internet access, telephone, fax, printer and scanner
  • Roof terrace with views of Dhaka and the airport, equipped with terraces furniture, barbecue and many green plants
  • All windows and balcony doors are fitted with insect screen
  • Internet access (WiFi) everywhere

Location

  • Very good location in Dhaka Uttara on the 5th floor (without elevator)
  • About 15 minutes to the airport – but still not noisy
  • About 30 minutes in the business districts Gulshan/Banani
  • You will find a map here

Safety

  • Access to the building is being monitored (security and porter)
  • From 10 PM to 6 AM is the small road in front of the house closed
  • From 11 PM to 6 AM the access is blocked to the house (individual regulations are possible)

Service

  • Breakfast included, lunch and dinner by arrangement
  • Water included, beer or (hard) liquor by arrangement
  • Laundry service included
  • Airport transfer by arrangement
  • Organization of excursions/tours or other transportation by arrangement
  • Guided tours in and around Dhaka
  • Errands of all kind by arrangement

Charges

  • October to March: 4,000.00 Taka per night
  • April to September: 3,000.00 Taka per night
  • Special rates – based on length of stay possible (POA)
