The special photo
“A giant from afar“
The alleged object of desire is half in India and half in Nepal, is about 140 km as the crow flies from the NW border and is over 8000 m high, the Kangchenjunga. Nevertheless, the Kangchenjunga is a majestic sight. It is the only eight-thousander on which, in addition to the main peak, three other peaks reach a height of more than 8,000 m, all of which are relatively good to see. The third highest mountain in the world rises to a height of 8,586 m and is bordered in the west by the Tamur River, in the north by the Lhonak Chu and Jongsang La and in the east by the Teesta River. The massif lies between Nepal and Sikkim (India).
