    Das (alte) Jahr ist tot, es lebe das (neue) Jahr! Ein Jahr ging zu Ende, welches uns in jeder Beziehung in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Wir wünschen Euch das Ihr alle Eure Vorsätze umsetzen könnt und das alle Eure Wünsche und Träume in Erfüllung gehen! Vielleicht plant Ihr ja eine Reise nach Bangladesch? Dann haben wir ein paar neue Ziele für Euch. Zum einen im Nordwesten:
    Tetulia abgelegen im Nordwesten wird auch als „Ort der Träume“ genannt und bietet neben malerischer Umgebung, aus Siedlungen, Bambushainen, Tempeln und Teeplantagen einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf einen Riesen, den Kangchendzönga, und mit Bhitargarh und dem Golok Dham Tempel in der näheren Umgebung weitere (historische) Spots… Einen kleinen Einblick dazu findet Ihr in unseren Galerien.
    Rangpur etwas weiter östlich gelegen ist dann auch einen Abstecher wert, zumal eine Reise von hier nach da entlang des Karatoya sehr empfehlenswert ist. Impressionen aus Rangpur. Und dann hätten wir noch ein Ziel im Osten, in den Chittagong Hill Tracts, genauer gesagt im Rangamati Distrikt:
    Sajek Valley, das Dach Bangladeschs auch „Königin Rangamatis“ genannt befinden wir uns in der Bergwelt des Landes und das Sajek-Tal bietet eine fantastische Aussicht auf eine spektakuläre Gegend. Überzeugt Euch selbst!

    Unsere Gruppenreisen: GESICHTER EINES LANDES (10.01.2021 – 30.01.2021) und VON KÖNIGREICHEN UND SULTANATEN (31.01.2021 – 13.02.2021) fallen coronabedingt aus (Beschreibungen hier). Wir hoffen auf Euch spätestens im nächsten Jahr um die selbe Zeit! Unser optimistische Blick in die Zukunft bleibt. Wie auch ein atemberaubender Ausblick auf einen Riesen, den man tatsächlich von Bangladesch aus genießen kann. Sein Name:
    Kangchendzönga Fotografiert von Bangladeschs Grenze im äußersten Nordwesten und zu sehen unter der Rubrik „Das besondere Foto“. Bei der Gelegenheit haben wir auch das Foto-Archiv entrümpelt, auch wenn's schwer fiel. Aber bei den 10 (!) Jahren, die wir nun bestehen, hatte sich so einiges an Bildmaterial angesammelt.     The (old) year is dead, long live the (new) year! A year has come to an end, which we will remember in every respect. We wish you that you can implement all your resolutions and that all your wishes and dreams come true! Maybe you are planning a trip to Bangladesh? Then we have a few new goals for you. On the one hand in the northwest:
    Tetulia, remote in the northwest, is also known as the “place of dreams” and offers picturesque surroundings, settlements, bamboo groves, temples and tea plantations, a breathtaking view of a giant, the Kangchenjunga, and with Bhitargarh and the Golok Dham Temple in the vicinity (historical) spots… You can find a little insight into this here in our galleries.
    Rangpur, located a little further to the east, is also worth a detour, especially since a trip from here to there along the Karatoya is highly recommended. Impressions from Rangpur. And then we have another destination in the east, in the Chittagong Hill Tracts, more precisely in the Rangamati district:
    Sajek Valley, the roof of Bangladesh also known as “Queen of Rangamati”, we are in the country’s hills and the Sajek Valley offers a fantastic view of a spectacular area. Convince yourself here!
